Chinchillas

My Chinchillas came to me through two new friends I met recently, I have some gorgeous chins thanks to them, and here are a couple...

Chinchillas are not for everyone, and are not the same as owning a rabbit or guinea pig, the require a much stricter diet, plenty of room to run and play, and dust baths twice a week, they are also very sensitive to heat because they are from the cool Andes Mountains,  so Iif you live in a hot climate like I do, you need to make sure you can keep your chinnies cool especially during the summer months. If you can provide them with the appropriate diet, housing ect... they will make a great pet.

          Hairless Dumbo Rats !!!

Yes thats what I said, beautifull hairless dumbo rats !!! These rats are born hairless, and stay that way, they also have the gene for dumbo ears, which means their ears are set lower on the sides of their heads, giving them a very cute appearence as you can see...

Rats make the best pets, they are highly intelligent, generally dont bite, and if properly cared for, dont have any odor. For some people with allergys to furry critters, our rats make the ideal pet, because they have much less dander than your avarage rat. I have babies from time to time through out the year, so if your in the Southern CA are and are interested in some lovable companions send me an e-mail !
